Terms & Conditions — Hunny Bay Resort

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Hunny Bay Resort website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations & Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from Hunny Bay Resort. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. Special event bookings (weddings, group stays) may have separate cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Hunny Bay Resort accepts major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. All rates are quoted in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to other guests, staff, and property. Hunny Bay Resort reserves the right to evict any guest whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, threatening, or in violation of these terms, without refund.

7. Property Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the resort's property during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest's account on file.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hunny Bay Resort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking in question.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
